    Congratulations on your new blog site. One thing I think folks would be interesed in learning about is the real estate market in the Eureka Springs area. With real estate values down significantly in other parts of our country, what has happend to real estate values in Eureka Springs? Have they decreased, stayed the same, or even increased?
    Is now a good time to buy or sell?
